In January 2023, one of our volunteer friends in the institution has his own ceramic brand so that young people can be employed with their handicrafts through the free ZOOM platform. We support handicrafts in the local area by making ceramic cups and plates together with our volunteers. At the same time, we are very happy that the people living in our butcher are employed in line with their skills and that they make progress in this field. The 3-hour training in the plan was extremely productive and was completed in 4.5 hours. After the training, we stayed in touch with many of our friends and witnessed their employment process. As UCA, we feel very lucky on this journey.
