I have many interests and see every project and encounter as an occasion to connect the dots. Working as a Secretary but also a conflict mediator, I enjoy being creative in combining my fields of expertise in order to use the tools and methods that are the most adapted to the situation at hand. I always have at heart to favor the expression and participation of all the parties involved, which is reflected in my approach to groups, to learning and my methodological panel.
