Managing Erasmus plus applications, implementation and coordination between our organization and partners Through our projects and the projects we are partners at.
I am passionately interested in youth work and non-formal education, especially on the topics such as social inclusion, empowerment, diversity, anti-racism, intercultural dialogue, migration and refugees, and gender mainstreaming. I am also an experienced project manager and local activist in the social field.
My goal with youth work is to find out together how we can create a society in which we help each other to free ourselves from any socialization that promotes oppression and normalizes inhumanity and discrimination. I have the aptitude to make complicated things clear and to create a safe space for everyone in our community.
BSc in International and European Studies at the University of Serbia. Mladenovic has been a member of UCA since 2020, started as a volunteer, and was promoted to project coordinator of European Projects.
